This policy describes how MPR Holding s.r.o. processes personal data in connection with the operation of the mprholding.cz website, in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and Act No. 110/2019 Coll. on personal data processing.

2. What data we process
- Contact and communication data — if you contact us by e-mail or phone (name, e-mail address, phone number, message content).
- Technical data and cookies — IP address, browser and device type, and information about your visit obtained through cookies and similar technologies (see section 5).
The website has no contact form or user accounts — we do not collect data beyond the above.

4. Recipients and processors
We do not share personal data with third parties for their own purposes. For the technical operation of the site we use the following processors:
- Web hosting provider (server operation and delivery of the website).
- Google Ireland Ltd., Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland — Google Analytics 4 and Google Tag Manager services (only with your consent to analytics/marketing cookies).
Within Google services, data may be transferred outside the EU/EEA, in particular to the USA. Any such transfer is safeguarded by Standard Contractual Clauses (SCC) and the EU–US Data Privacy Framework.
5. Cookies and analytics tools
Cookies are small files stored in your browser. We group them into three categories:
- Necessary — required for core site functions and security. Always stored and cannot be disabled.
- Analytics — traffic and behaviour measurement (Google Analytics 4). Only with your consent.
- Marketing — more relevant advertising and campaign measurement. Only with your consent.
The website uses Google Consent Mode v2 — until consent is given, analytics and marketing tools are not activated and no identifiers are stored. You can change or withdraw your consent at any time:

6. Retention period
Data from e-mail communication is kept for as long as necessary to handle the enquiry and then for the duration of our legitimate interest, but no longer than 3 years. Cookies have a validity period according to their type, typically up to 14 months.
